I know, I am slacking on the blogging lately! Something about having a newborn and a very busy tiny girl, makes me too tired to even think about blogging. But I promise I will post more photos of Oliver & his birth story very soon:) For now, here are some photos of his nursery I put together. All of the stuff for his nursery came from Serena & Lily, Anthro, Ikea, blabla kids, etsy shops, and the adorable name banner was made by my friend Julia. The nursery is kind of random, but I love how it turned out. It has a very peaceful feel to it. It is actually my favorite room to be in at the moment (good thing since little mr. eats ALL day long). Oh, & he does have a really cute modern dresser underneath the picture collage (which isn't totally finished as you can see), but I somehow missed getting a photo of it. So use your imagination...you can actually see part of it in the first photo & the top of it in the second...

Project Complete :: Nursery
we worked on baby claire's nursery a bunch while I was off for spring break & we have it pretty much done. we love how it turned out & i am obsessed with the baby pink & chartreuse green together (my two favorite colors besides white). i am so glad we picked those colors. here are some photos. sorry there are so many (grandma goulding these are for you:) ....
All that is missing is....
a shot of the room. the single bed is for the many nights one of us may have to sleep in her room with her:) i found the old window at antique trove & decided to use it for a head board.
we love how the pictures i made look with the bedding. the colors ended up
matching perfectly!
i found this shelf at a vintage store & repainted it. her trinkets & little shoes look so cute on it!
we ordered her name on etsy. the letters are made of glass glitter (one of my favorite things).
the dresser was originally baby blue & i repainted it.
i found this hat rack at a vintage store (same as the shelf). i will use it to display cute things of hers & to lay out her outfits for the days daddy dresses her:)
All that is missing is....
this adorable chandelier that should be here any day.
the glider with the cushions made out of this amy butler fabric.
those are currently being made.
this cute poster that i still need to get framed.
having the nursery pretty much done makes us feel a little bit more prepared for her arrival...not totally though!!
