We took Little Miss to get a fancy cupcake today & she loved it. It took her forever to decide on which flavor to get. Finally, she decided on the yellow cake & chocolate frosting. Delicious. We ate some cupcake outside & she had a great time. I'm trying to be better about photographing & documenting our everyday things that we do together, because we have so much fun! Claire had her first dance class this last weekend & she LOVED it! She had so much fun & can't wait to go back this weekend. I recently posted my favorites of this fabulous wedding on my photo blog, but I just had to post some on here too:) I love these two & we had a great time shooting their wedding. They are high school sweethearts & are so in love - it was really sweet to see.

I am looking forward to all of my weddings in 2012!! They will all be fabulous! I get to shoot my little sister Caitlyn's wedding, the wedding of a good friend & some weddings of amazing clients! I can't wait!!

I am usually the one taking the photos, but this time it was our turn to be photographed! My amazing sister in law, Holly took the photos for us in southern california & I edited them when we got home. She did a great job!! I am someone who doesn't usually like any photos that I am in, but I feel like these photos of our little family turned out fab! Thanks so much Holly!

I am in love with these newborn photos that I just edited. The lighting, the baby, the parents - everything was perfect. Wyatt is so sweet, he almost makes me want another baby...almost:) Go to my photography blog to see a lot more of this little man, you won't regret it.

Sidebar :: Can I please look this gorgeous right after having a baby?? Not fair.

I always look less than stellar, hence I did not get in newborn photos for either of my babies.

I kind of regret it though.

Halloween came & went so quickly.
Claire was a cheerleader & Oliver a football player.
Fitting costumes for both, I know.
We even got Claire to put in a pony tail.
A HUGE improvement from her current daily hairstyle.

Gosh I wish her hair would grow faster.

Anyway, Claire LOVED trick or treating this year.
Probably because she got to eat lots of candy & stay up late.
She was so cute going door to door though.
So we let her keep going & going & going...

Jonathan & I couldn't believe we were old enough to have a kid that's a real trick or treater.
We felt old.
But couldn't be happier:)

We can't wait until next year when Oliver is walking!
I am thinking Olive Oyl & Popeye.

Pumpkin Patch.

It was time for our annual trip to the pumpkin patch.
We had big plans to go to Bishop's pumpkin farm - but we never quite made it.
Instead we went to the lovely pumpkin patch.....across the street from our gym.
Don't mind that all they had was pumpkins & a $2 bounce house ride.
Claire loved it all the same (okay, well not exactly but close enough).
Oliver didn't know any different.
The highlight was that they had wagons to go around in.
Claire loved them.
Jonathan did not. He was paranoid that the kids were going to get tetanus from touching them.

But we all survived.
Got our pumpkins & hit the dollar store (in the same parking lot I might add).
Then we got Jack in the Box tacos for dinner after - 2 for 98 cents.
Classy right?
Let' s just say we aren't exactly getting parents of the year for this one.
Oh, well. There is always next year.

Oliver Blair Goulding {6 months}

It was July of 2010.
We found out we were pregnant & were so happy.
April 14 was our due date & so the countdown began.
October came.
We found out we were having a healthy BOY. Amazing.
We shopped & bought lots of tiny man clothes.
We loved it.
Thanksgiving rolled around. We headed to Virginia.
During Thanksgiving dinner, I started having sharp pains in my back.
Then I started bleeding. We panicked.
After lots of appts & a two and a half week stay in VA, we came home.
Then FOUR long months on bed rest followed.
With lots of help from wonderful family & friends we made it.

April 14 came. My due date.
I got induced that day (imagine that) & our sweet baby boy joined our eternal family.
He was perfect.
Big blue eyes & dimples on each cheek.
Our hearts melted.

Now 6 months have gone by since that day.
But yet it feels like yesterday.
There isn't a day that goes by that we aren't so grateful to have him.

We can honestly say that he is the happiest baby ever.
He loves to smile & laugh.
Does it all day long.
He never cries (not kidding).
He is such a big boy. 100 plus percentile on everything.
Most people think he is at least 10 months.
We love how he is all chubby and squishy though.
He loves Claire & anything she does.
Even if she does lay on him & give him not so soft of kisses.

We love him so much & he has brought so much joy to our family.
So glad he is ours FOREVER.

Happy 6 months Oliver!

P.S. I only had iphone photos for 5 months, so I chose this one....at least it's memorable:)

Claire woke up so excited.
She knew what day it was.
It was the day of her first official play date.
She woke up early.
Let mommy get her dressed.
Ate her breakfast.

Waited....And waited....

She kept checking the window for Menanie's (Melanie's) car.
It wasn't there. So she waited some more.

I heard a loud scream.
It was Claire.
Cheering & clapping because they were here.
Lauren & Maddie.
Her first friends to come over for a play date.
She was so happy. Smiling ear to ear.
She ran to the door. Opened it with a big smile.

And the party began......

"Are you Lauren?"

"Wait, no I think you are Lauren"

"Oh well, I'll just smile & figure it out later!"

We played dollies.

We wore our play clothes.

We painted.

We got dirty.

We tried our best to share our toys.

We fought over toys.

We ate lunch.

I came across this jewelry company online & I love it!. The company is named after the owner/designers daughters, Towne & Reese & everything is adorable! Every piece in their collection is named for the daughter of a friend too. How cute is that?! You can see their stuff online on Towne & Reese.

Santa Cruz.

We went to Santa Cruz this weekend for a little road trip & had an "memorable" time (I hope you can sense my sarcasm). Let's just say traveling with two kids under the age of two doesn't make for a relaxing three hour car ride:) We wouldn't have it any other way though! Once we were there, it was fun. We went to Capitola, walked around the beach, went to Marianne's ice cream, ate at pizza my heart, & watched my little sister Caitlyn play in a beach volleyball tournament - she is amazing! I didn't take a lot of photos from the trip, since I was carrying Mr. Oliver around most of the time, but I did manage to snap a few at the beach today....It was fun shooting some action shots of my sis, since I am so used to photographing portraits, etc....

I have been trying to find some fun activities for Claire to do, since the summer days are so long. I have realized that she loves to color and draw (since we have crayon on our bedroom walls), so I went to Michaels and got some acrylic paint, brushes & canvases. I opened them up and let her go for it. She was so excited about the paint colors & that she could actually make a mess & I wasn't getting upset:) She painted a picture & we gave it to Jonathan for Father's Day (yes, I am behind on my blogging). He loved it of course. Here is our little artist in action...

Fire Academy Graduation.

We celebrated Jonathan's Graduation from his 16 week Fire Academy for his new job with Alameda County last week. The academy has been a huge undertaking for our family, and we are so happy to have it be over!! He is no longer a recruit & is now an official firefighter for the department. Hooray! This job is such a blessing for our family & we are so incredibly grateful. Jonathan will now be able to do what he loves full time & he will be able to be home a lot more (which I am SO excited about). The graduation day was fabulous & we loved having Jonathan's parents here to celebrate with us! Here are some photos of the day...

This is a normal sight around here these days...

Claire looking through a hole in the fence to talk to the little boy, Edmond who lives next door (if you look closely, you can see his little head through the fence right above Claire's). They talk to each other through the fence all the time & have the most entertaining conversations! Edmond is older than Claire & his speech is a lot clearer, so I am sure half the time he is thinking..."what is she saying?" But he keeps talking to her anyway:) She gets so excited when she hears him outside & insists on running out there. So glad she has a buddy next door!

I was getting dressed upstairs this morning & the whole time I thought to myself, "Wow, Claire is being such a good girl and watching her show quietly." Then I go downstairs & find this...

Obviously I was mistaken. She had taken her baby lotion and put the entire container of it in her hair! Do you know how long it takes to wash lotion out of hair?? I do...a LONG time! Safe to say her hair was pretty nasty looking all day today.

Mr. Oliver,

We can't believe you are one month old already! Time sure does go fast. You are such an adorable and sweet baby. You eat constantly, hardly ever cry & love to snuggle with mommy all the time. You are so patient with your sister when she constantly tries to kiss & hug you, even though it probably feels like she is crushing you. You have brought so much joy to our family in such a short amount of time. We feel so blessed to have you & are thankful that heavenly father has entrusted us with you. We are so happy that we are an eternal family & can be together forever. We love you mister.

I know, I am slacking on the blogging lately! Something about having a newborn and a very busy tiny girl, makes me too tired to even think about blogging. But I promise I will post more photos of Oliver & his birth story very soon:) For now, here are some photos of his nursery I put together. All of the stuff for his nursery came from Serena & Lily, Anthro, Ikea, blabla kids, etsy shops, and the adorable name banner was made by my friend Julia. The nursery is kind of random, but I love how it turned out. It has a very peaceful feel to it. It is actually my favorite room to be in at the moment (good thing since little mr. eats ALL day long). Oh, & he does have a really cute modern dresser underneath the picture collage (which isn't totally finished as you can see), but I somehow missed getting a photo of it. So use your imagination...you can actually see part of it in the first photo & the top of it in the second...

We have had some exciting things happening with our family lately!! Jonathan was offered a position with the Alameda County Fire Department back in January, and he begins his training academy tomorrow! Jonathan getting hired at a large department is a goal that we have been working towards for quite some time. Out of 1900 applicants, they chose 23 people to hire & Jonathan was one of them!! If you do the math, he is part of the 1% that were offered a position with the department- such amazing odds I know!! Alameda County is a fabulous department and we feel so incredibly blessed for him to have this opportunity. He has worked SO hard to accomplish his dream & he has made it! I am so proud of him & admire him so much for his dedication and persistence, when it could have been so easy to just give up. Our family is so happy, as we know that this will better our lives in so many ways! Thank you to all that have supported us throughout the entire process- we couldn't have done it without you!

Jonathan's training academy will continue for the next 16 weeks! I know the academy will be very challenging, but he will work hard & excel as he always does!

She knows how to work the ipod on the iphone & loves playing music & dancing in her room. Just to clarify...yes the second song she is dancing to is Enrique Iglesias... a better question is, why does Jonathan even have that song on his phone???

This adorable girl is 18 months old already....

I honestly can't believe it. It seems just like yesterday that we were bringing our precious girl home. She has changed so much over the last couple months & has become a toddler now rather than my baby!

Here are some of the things she is up to...

- talking ALL of the time, her favorite things to say are mama,
dada, gus, ice, hello, what's that, who's that, mine, no, water, more, hello, apple and much more. She is putting sentences together all of the time now. It is so amazing to me how much kids this age can do!

- she loves to call people on my & Jonathan's phones. I am sure many of you have been called by her at some point. She won't even know who it is she is talking to, but she will go on & on.

It's hilarious to listen to.

- she loves to read books and asks lots of questions about the pictures.

- she loves to play on the ipad. She goes to you tube to watch her favorite sesame street videos & plays lots of counting & alphabet games.

- she weighs 28 pounds & I am not sure about her height, but I am guessing she is still in the100th percentile for that one:)

- Gus is her best friend. She is so happy to see him every morning when she wakes up & any time we get home from going somewhere.

- she loves to play with friends, sleep over at Nini's house & going to play at the gym, but she isn't loving going to nursery at church just yet. Hopefully that will get better soon!

- she has so much personality & is definitely her own person - we love it!

We love our tiny girl & know that she is going to be a fabulous big sister to Oliver! Happy 18 months Claire!

I just posted some wedding photos of this beautiful couple on my photography blog.....

I love photographing weddings & I have been so fortunate to get so many adorable & fun couples. I love seeing the brides personal style show through in the details & planning of the wedding. I loved my wedding & all, but if I could do it over again I would definitely do some things different (like use a different photographer, not fight rush hour traffic from Oakland on a Friday to get back for our reception & not have a DJ that insisted on wearing a rainbow sequin vest...just to name a few).

Since I have lots of time on my hands lately, I decided to make an idea board for Oliver's nursery. I had all of these different ideas, but I wasn't sure if they would all go together and make up a finished room. I am so happy they do! We already have the crib and the bedding, which were gifts (hooray), but the rest of the stuff will be bought a little bit at a time. I can't wait to see the finished product! First job on the list...get Jonathan to paint the room (not exactly his favorite thing to do)!

We took a trip to Virginia for Thanksgiving & we had a fabulous time. We spent time with Jonathan's parents, his sister Emily, and her husband Mathew. It was so much fun! We ate, relaxed, went to the movies, ate some more, went to the local farm, etc.

then Thanksgiving night came....

I went into preterm labor (I was only 20 weeks), which caused me & Jonathan to make a lovely trip to the ER on Thanksgiving night - not exactly how we had hoped to spend our holiday! We were able to come home that night, only to have to go back the following night...not fun. I was sent home again with some medication and was ordered to bed rest. They told us that we couldn't fly home on our scheduled flight, and that they weren't even sure when or if I would be able to fly home...yikes! So back we went to the house, and enjoyed a few more days with family. After another doctors visit without the okay to fly, we finally got the go ahead to fly several days later. So what initally was a 5 day trip, turned into a two week trip! Thanks so much to Jonathan's parents Kathy & Hal for taking care of us and for making us feel so comfortable during our long stay!

I am happy to report that Oliver & I are doing fine. I am on medication to stop my contractions & am ordered to bed rest for the remainder of my pregnancy...18 more weeks...but who's counting?! I am hoping to read lots of books, learn to knit, catch up on movies, and pretty much anything else to pass the time!! If you have any suggestions on things I can do, please leave them in a comment for me:)

Thank you for all of your prayers, & to all of our family & friends who have brought us meals and helped with Claire! We appreciate it more than you know:)

Since it is Thanksgiving this week, I have been thinking more about all of the great things I have in my life. I have so many things to be thankful for...my husband, my family, my health, & so many more...but I realized that the thing that I am most grateful for, is being a mother & have this amazing little girl in my life...

Being a mother has changed me in so many ways & I am so thankful for it everyday. I love you Claire & I feel so blessed that Heavenly Father chose me to be your mommy! (you too Oliver, even though you haven't come out to join us just yet:)

I don't usually post recipes, but I found this one on another blog & love it!! these ginger cookies are perfect for fall. they are crispy but chewy at the same time. delicious. I made them for a baby shower and everyone loved them. let's just say I think I am making another batch tonight:)

ginger cookies

1/2 cup butter

1/4 cup crisco

1 cup sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon cloves

1/4 cup molasses

2 1/4 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

preheat oven to 375 degrees. cream butter, shortening, and sugar. add remaining ingredients. roll dough into balls and coat with coarse sugar. bake for about 10 minutes.

Claire was a tiny fairy for Halloween this year. Even though she wasn't feeling very well, she had a great time at trunk-or-treat & she even won a prize for her costume!! Here is our little fairy...

As soon as we found out we were pregnant with baby #2, I knew I wanted to make this pregnancy exciting & different from Claire's, so that I can have a unique bonding experience with this baby too. With Claire, it seemed like the days went by so slow & now with this baby I feel like time is just flying by & half the time I forget I am pregnant! So I decided that I wanted to document this pregnancy in a special way. I saw this idea on the blog, Ohdeedoh & I knew I had to make it my own & do it! My main goal is to create a keepsake that my child will have fun reading when he/she is older. I will post pages as the weeks go by & I create them. Here are some of the pages so far...

Since Claire is such a big girl now, I decided to do a "mini" makeover on her room & add some new big girl things. She loves all of her new stuff & has so much fun entertaining herself (& gus) in her room. Here are some of her new "big girl" things...

We got her a big dresser at Ikea. I am going to replace the knobs with some Anthropologie ones, but I am having a hard time deciding!! I know, it's not a life decision....I am also going to hang some framed pictures around the mirror so it isn't so blah looking.

I made her a little reading area. I LOVE the Lou Lou Ghost chairs & Claire does too. She sits in the all the time. Good thing because they were her birthday gift (that's the only way I could talk Jonathan in to getting them:)

I found this pouf at Home Goods. I love the colors & the details.

Her tiny kitchen from Ikea is her favorite thing! She will play with it for hours. I love all the tiny pots, pans & utensils too! Thanks Nini & Granpe for getting her this for her bday!

These adorable dishes are from Ikea too. So cute for decoration on her kitchen (too high for her to reach of course).

I see these Chinese dragons all over the design blogs, so I was excited when I found a hot pink pair for Claire's room at Home Goods.

I made her a little wall collage. I bought the two prints on Etsy & used an old vintage gold mirror.

This shelf is also from Ikea. It is so great for storage of her toys, books, dress up stuff, etc. I love the London of Liberty baskets I found at Target...so girly & fun!

Next step....big girl bed. We aren't quite ready for that yet though (thank goodness)!

Temple Square

On our trip to Utah with Jonathan's family, we visited Temple Square. It was so nice to be on temple grounds, to see the conference center, and to see like 100 weddings going on the same day we decide to go. I guess that's what happens when to go to a temple in Utah during the summer...who knew? Despite the crazy amounts of people & interesting bridesmaids dresses, we had a great time!

Utah :: Part one

We went to Utah a couple weeks ago to meet up with Jonathan's family & we had so much fun! We did so many fun things, and Claire had a blast with her baby cousins! Here are some photos of our first day there. We went to Snowbird & had an amazing time. There were so many different things to do that it was hard to choose, so we all did a little of everything - zip lining, a huge slide, mechanical bull, ropes course, & the list goes on!

Claire's tiny first birthday party was a success, and a lot of fun! I was happy with how everything turned out, and that we were able to celebrate my tiny little girl's big day.

For the menu, we had all things tiny.

tiny hot dogs & hamburgers (I got the burgers & buns at Trader Joes)

tiny fruit cabobs that were super yummy (we also had tiny beans & tiny macaroni salad that aren't pictured)

tiny drinks. I had the water bottle labels made on etsy & I love how they turned out.

tiny cupcakes & a special tiny cake made for the birthday girl by my good friend Allison (she's amazing). Thanks again Allison!

I just finished putting together these tiny party favor bags for my little Claire's first birthday this week.

It's hard to tell, but these bags are about 4 inches tall, so they're pretty tiny.

I had so much fun finding tiny items to fill the tiny bags. This is what i came up with, and what would fit in a tiny little bag.

So, there are...

Then I decorated the front with some tiny stickers I had designed here.

We took Claire to the Sacramento Zoo for the first time last week & she absolutely loved it!!

Here are some of the fun things we did...

cruised around in the stroller for a bit,

watched & pointed at the birds,

got out & watched a few really neat animals,

like the giraffes (mommy's favorite),

the tortoises (which weren't very exciting),

& the flamingos (who smelled really bad).

Then Jonathan & I decided to take a break, while Claire decided to wave at everyone that went by. She does this everywhere we go, she is quite the social butterfly...

We had a great time! Next on our list, the Folsom or San Francisco Zoo! Any opinions on which one is better?

Yesterday, I did a practice batch of the tiny cakes that I am making for Claire's tiny party in a couple of weeks. They are strawberry cupcakes & an ice-cream like strawberry frosting, both made from scratch (a photo to come later). They turned out to be really yummy, so yummy in fact that I turned away for 2 seconds & found Claire doing this...

Yes, she is eating a cupcake wrapper out of the trash, & yes she is only wearing one shoe(not sure why) & yes, the way her hair is growing makes her look like an old man from the back (love it though). Once she realized she was caught red-handed, she did this...

(poor girl - look how swollen her eyes are from being sick - feeling a little better now though)

tried to hand it to me for me to eat. gross. That is her new thing to do if she gets into something she knows she shouldn't, hand it back to me like that makes it all better. I guess it's good she cares at least, right?

Our tiny girl is almost one & to celebrate we are having a "tiny" party for her. After seeing this adorable tiny party, I knew I had to throw little miss Claire a tiny party for her first birthday.

I finished the tiny invitations & have started delivering them to family & friends. I made them in photoshop & then added some pink card stock to the back. They ended up being about the size of a business card & were tucked into a teeny tiny bag, with a teeny tiny magnifying glass. So fun.

Now off to see what tiny things I can come up with for her party favors...

Claire has become little miss independent, now that she is walking around everywhere. She has no problem entertaining herself (which is nice for us), here are some of her favorite things to do...

walk around the house (of course).

stand at the back door & watch Gus play outside (she really does this for like 30 min & laughs the entire time - love it & yes I realize how dirty our back door is).

Poor Gus. This is by far her favorite thing to do. Can't you tell Gussers LOVES it too...not so much! He is so patient & sweet with her though, it's too cute!

I never realized just how busy babies this age are!! We can't turn our backs for even a second, or she will be heading up the stairs, emptying out drawers etc! Ahhhhh...still love her though!

Summer is officially here for us, & we have been enjoying every minute of it!! here are some of the things that little miss has been up to lately...

we went to the aquatic center by our house to swim. Claire was a little excited when she saw the water...can't you tell?

I LOVE this photo. It brought me to tears actually. When I look at it I see the pure joy & love that this mom has for her little boy & it reminds me how blessed I am to be a mother. We did a lot of fun things in Tahoe besides playing with a brown bear that I mentioned in my previous post. We went to the beach, went on walks, rode bikes, went in the spa, ate good food, played games & had a great time together...

Then all of a sudden she decided she didn't like it. This is her sad face...the bottom lip is the cutest thing ever.

She got really sad & then finally mad. I don't think she like the feeling of being dirty so much.

Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See??

I see a family looking at me.

Well it is true. We were looking at him. All seven of us. But that was because my 80 year old grandma opened the door of the condo in Tahoe, to find him eating our trash (I know...our mistake by putting it out there in the first place). It was definitely an exciting event. Here are some of the highlights...

- Once my grandma saw the bear she came back in & told us like it was no big deal. So we all rushed out into the hall to see him.

-In not exactly my most proud parenting moment, I told my mom to bring Claire outside to see the bear...as if she would even know or remember. Claire did laugh at him though.

- After I took the second photo he ran toward us & we all freaked out and made it inside with the door shut..well all of us but my stepdad...sorry Jim.

- The bear passed him & went to the stairs next to our door to go back to the forest area.

-We watched him from our balcony since he was right below us (that's where I took the first photo).Jonathan felt bad for him since he had just woken up from hibernation & all, so he decided to feed him lunch meat like he does with our dog Gus. Not his finest moment.

-So thanks to Jonathan, the bear came back to the door two other times that day looking for food & eventually the police had to come.

- In the end, we had to admit that we had trash out in the hall, but we forgot to tell the part about Jonathan feeding him turkey...OOPS!

As for the rest of our trip to Tahoe.... I will post those photos tomorrow!

Dear Claire,

Happy ten month birthday! I can't believe you are almost one already!! This past month has been a busy one for you...

- you started crawling for reals(hooray...the army/grunting crawl is long gone).

- you are pulling up & standing any chance you can get(& can even stand by yourself for a few seconds).

- everything you see goes into your mouth (like lint,shoes, pieces of wood, pretty much anything gross).

- you love being mobile & you are so curious about everything.

- you wave hi & bye to everyone we see (it is so cute & not to mention very polite).

- you do a new smile where you crunch your nose (cute,but daddy & I are hoping it is just a phase).

- you say "dis" while pointing to things(we think you are asking "what's this",at least that is what mommy's speech pathologist friend said - I guess she might know..ha).

- you bite me & daddy sometimes (we can't decide if you are doing it to be naughty or not).

- you give kisses.

- you make us so happy everyday.

Oh, & thank you for letting mommy drag you out into another field to take some photos of you. Even though we only shot photos for about ten minutes, I think we got some cute ones of you:) We love you little miss!

happy 9 months! we can't believe you are already that old! time is flying by so fast. you aren't just a little baby anymore, you are a little person full of personality & fun. we are amazed at the things you do everyday. here are some of the things you have been up to...

yes... that is a gallon of white paint.

yes... it is all over our tile.

yes... my almost 9 month old was cruising around in her rocker & decided to knock it over.

yes...I am grateful it went on the tile & not on top of her.

yes... we had to shovel it up with a spoon (not fun).

yes... we wish we had the hour back that we (mostly jonathan) spent cleaning it up.

yes...we obviously forgot how mobile & strong Claire is now.

like in this photo, when you were playing with your toys & having a great time, so I went to go switch the laundry & came back to find you totally asleep.

or like at church yesterday when you just fell asleep sitting up on my lap during relief society, without me even realizing.

these are just a couple of examples... I could really go on & on all day.

happy eight month birthday our sweet girl. where has the time gone? it seriously seems like yesterday that I was pregnant with you & we were anxiously waiting for you to join our family. we love you more than you know & we cherish every moment that we have with you. you are such a happy baby & you bring so much joy to our home. you are doing so many fun things right now, here are just a few of them...

* you are babbling like crazy, but haven't said any words yet. daddy thinks your first word is going to be "hi", but I am secretly hoping it's going to be "mama".

* you are getting close to crawling & are trying to pull yourself up on things all the time... you still need to work on that one though:)

* you love your big brother gus like crazy. every time you see him you laugh. we aren't sure if that is because you like him so much, or because you think he looks funny?!

* you like to shake your bottle to hear the noise it makes, therefore you constantly are getting formula in your eyes.

* you love to go to the park & go on the swings.

* you have a mouth full of teeth....six to be exact.

* you light up when daddy walks into the room.

A couple weeks ago we met up with Jonathan's sister, Emily & her husband Mathew in San Francisco. They live in Virginia (near Jonathan's parents), so we don't get to see them as often as we would like.
